My pain starts in the L-4-5 region and seems this year to spread up as well as down...I guess as we get older and the weather gets colder we will notice it more...fun way to express pain...Ed
I can truly appreciate neck pain, and those "pains" in the neck. Either way they are a bummer. If you figure out how to get rid of the neck pain without surgery, let me know.
