I'll Show

a rejection that came back to me marked in RED....show, not tell.

I write
lines of odes
and poetry.

I learn
forms and stanzas
but still have days of blank pages.

Rhymes
don't run through my veins,
more telling than show.

Someday:
I'll know.
I'll write.
I'll learn.

I'll learn, I'll write, I'll show.
