Probity

President Obama mentioned the word probity recently describing a little problem at the Secret Service. I think both he and the media are overreacting to the Secret Service Columbian hooker scandal. Their job is to protect his hide and he was no where near the country at the time. I mean really. Didn’t they ever watch “The Wild Wild West” staring Robert Conrad? Secret Service agent James West was the biggest womanizer of his era but did President Grant complain? Heck no! He handed out cigars! Sort of reminds me of somebody else too.

Poem Artwork

Dear Mr. President

Take a lesson from James T West

Sometimes doing surveillance

Requires looking under someone’s vest

We deal with shady characters

Each and every day

We need to scan the hotel rooms

Where you plan to stay

What better vantage point is there

Than from a king sized bed

To find the bugs and cameras

That would be recording what you said

Remember speaking to the Russian

When you forgot to turn yours off

Now you look like an idiot

And at your credibility we scoff

You now ask us for probity

And that’s just what we’ve done

Each of us has used our probes

And no one found a gun

Sleep well tonight Mr. President

We are here to serve

We’re sorry all the do-gooders

Have thrown you such a curve

You didn't hear this from me, but here's the real scoop: Both 'Entertainment Per Diem' and 'Government Conference' Money has been drastically reduced by our sage Congressmen - they were having some difficulty in coming up with enough money for another oil industry subsidy, and it's always the low level government employees who suffer the most in these cutbacks.

Those poor guys just didn't have enough cash to pay those girls, and I always have to laugh when our outraged Congressmen (the biggest wasters of all time of our tax-payer money) drag some government bureaucrat into Washington to chew him out for wasting 'their' money.

"Each of us has used our probes", what the hell else are they for, hm, this created a real stink didn't it, and you're not helping Patrick, are you...it's sort of your second nature, or are you practicing for the reincarnation. Bless ya!

I hate Hussein, but I also hate the fact that the Secret Service was shacked up with a bunch of whores, and James West be damned. It was a television show.

"Probity?" Well if Obama said it it must be true. So, what's the big deal if twelve of the nation's best wanted to get laid? As far as Obama looking like an idiot... you said it!
