“Strong Feelings”

**!**!**!**!**!

Oh ocean with your blue and silver lines

Across horizons so very far

Cascading your colors

Like silvery stars

Within so many minds you dwell

In tranquility you lay before me

Innocence

Embrace you now

Undercover

Danger lurks

With thoughts of my own

Thinking about jerks

Eyes on mute...

Thoughts in high speed

In comparison with your calmness

Heart pulsating….

Strong feelings

Turmoil of bubbles deep within

Blood flow freely through veins

Fingers

Like needles

Pricking

Feelings of anger rise higher

Face starts feeling the heat

In ignorance of one moment

I cry

the ocean helps put things into perspective ... it is like a giant body of emotion on which our minds and souls journey upon ... and even when we are sad it offers hope through its beauty ...

You have to kiss a lot of jerks to find a gem, Tinka. Don't worry about it, just enjoy the ride and make sure you are the one driving.
Take care,
Sherry

Feelings, at times, can be a real pain. Our head knows long before our heart is ready to admit, creating all sorts of turmoil. Very real, beautiful and sad poem...
