"Been a bad day again...but I will survive!!

*`*`*`*

"When Love Died"

On a cold rock she sits

Head down on her knees

Away from the world of abusive yelling

Her clothes

Now tattered and torn by violence

Some stranger walked pass joyfully

Singing

“I will survive”

But how is that possible

When her heart is dead

When there is nothing left to say

No energy to fight back

With a mind filled with fear

What’s left of her…also filled with emotional pain

So very tender and raw deep within

With horrifying words still echoing in her head

Heartbeat slowly fading

Like the footstep of the stranger

Closing her sticky eyes

For the last time she’s down on her knees

Asking mercy from above

Knowing

Love died long ago

The resillient heart waits for that perfect moment when it wakens anew. Love doesn't do these horrible things...love is the most wonderful emotion in the world and it heals and promotes harmony and life. You didn't have love from an individual who thrust hatred upon a heart like yours. You will heal and the heart will begin a new quest. Never doubt true love. It awaits.
Love,
Susan

I know this is not you
you are a great creative writer
A sad and painful write Tinka
I know this all too well I've witnessed
the after effects of abuse
makes one want take the law into thier own hands
and dispence street justice rather then allow the courts
to deal with the abusers.

Then again same women still think they got what they deserve
because she have been brain washed to think she was responsible
for the situation that "got out of hand"
Before you know, she will no longer have that problem
she'll no longer feel the pain of abuse,
you know why? .....She'll be dead, as cruel as I have made this sound, so is life.

So many times I hear the echos, of those in pain
" Please don't hurt him," don't hand cuff him, don't mistreat him,
"it was all my fualt," I shouldn't have pissed him off.
Who will fight for them, once they are gone, the abuse will continue
here, there, everywhere, and nobody gives a shit.

I don't even want to sign this one
it's too painful

Love & Peace
