"Silence"

Shadows fall upon her

As she walk through a moonlit forest

A gentle breeze touched her face

As she looked towards heavens above

There was nothing but silence

Her only companion her thoughts

She reached out her hand to touch love

But suddenly she could not breath

With panic in her eyes

She was just standing there

Hanging in front of her

A spider web so big

It’s shadow fell upon her

She grasped for air…

She almost fainted

But she ran like hell

She then disturbed the silence

And woke herself

love this one Tinka
I hate spiders
In my garden I don't mind them
Within the intrusion of my home
they become history
Love & peace be with you

Spider webs intrigue me; falling endlessly is my nightmare. Enjoyed, Tinka.

Yep, I'm back.

It wasn't about the spiders, that nightmarish dream...from the deepest of the deepest surfaced for a moment that atavistic fear that pulls you back anytime you feel opening to someone, jumping over rejection's stones but colliding with the wall of that well known fear of deceitful love, an entrapment that the spider's web represent.
Somebody should put a tender reassuring kiss on your cheek.
Shatter that silence with a laugh!!!

I have a fear of spiders too so I don't want them in my dreams but there seems to be more than we are reading in your lines Tinka. Thank you for sharing.

...good to disturb the silence...especially something woven in the past...awakening to where one began...the peacefulness of the heavens.
