Never let the past or present hold you prisoner, you have your own power to be free – do it ~Lily of Lough Neagh~

In our secret world It is hidden deep within A place where I can go To be myself again You offer arms to hold me In this crazy world At times I should go nuts A safety you unfurl To hear your voice unto the night But can it stop my pain For this I do not know For now I can’t complain You bring peace unto this heart Which it so sorely needs Just to know such love For someone just like me You give me strength to face the world A world that sorely is One where no control is held It’s just the way it is So in my secret world A solace that I need Please carry me my love You only have to lead In my secret world Hidden deep within I hold you close to heart Where all of it begins And wrap your arms around me To see me through the night Forever I will slumber In peaceful arms so tight Carolee Dennis-Woosley July 17, 2012
