Poem Artwork

While walking logs in swampy woods
Side stepping rotten logs no good
Green heron stands statuesque style
Turtles slide splash and make me smile

Squir'ls throwing acorns from the trees
Branches are waltzing in the breeze
Barefoot on moss thick carpeting
White tailed fawn with its new spotting

Sun sets a gentle glow is cast
Sealing the day to make it last
Lady Luna soon takes her place
Stars shine way out in outer space
