{Nobody drowned, just a fictional name for non-fiction poem}
Rufuz Did Drown…
Yes he certainly did go down,
Down to the depths of the creek so deep,
In the rain the creek does run so fast,
Rufuz did drown; he got so wet it may last…
He hates to be dried off,
Would rather shake it on daddy’s clothes,
So daddy does wear a bathing suit and a raincoat,
No shoes on his feet, as puddles are way too deep,
He even did go out and wipe off his Jeep,
In this heavy rain its like a carwash, but cheap…
Pouring here today, as it has all day long,
Campground a swamp; smells like it too, that’s wrong,
Tanks overflowing, smells like the sewer,
I know you don’t need to know this,
I just wish it smelled more like a brewer…
So more rain to come tonight into the morning,
Another time for Rufuz to go out without dads warning,
To get wet and then set on dads bed,
Dad then thinks he did wet the bed, must be old age, he is mourning…
