Slight Snowfall in Late July…

End of July, or so it did seem,

August tomorrow, outside like ice cream,

Where did it come from, this blizzard you have seen,

Straight out of the twilight zone, a blizzard of the “id”, quite mean…

Forecasters say they know everything, but no,

Predictions came fast, anything could happen, maybe so,

Rain predicted, as it was too warm, uh oh,

When they predict something with clarity,

Fear is spread through the populace,

All do sense the coming irregularity…

Cannot live in this weather,

The end of life as we know it, we do freeze,

Or will it melt by my birthday on August three,

Or will I be performing, just to keep warm, a reverse strip tease?
