Have to post this during the day,
Can't remember at night no way...

“Insomniac Interested In Interpersonal Interaction/Internship”

Can’t sleep can I,

Thoughts, I don’t know why, in a jumble,

Surprisingly I don’t talk in a mumble (well almost)

Talk to myself, count sheep, daydream,

Still I cannot sleep,

Maybe I will go out and wax the Jeep…

Awaken at four,

Can’t find the damn door,

My dreams of late do seem to lure,

Me out to the late night food store,

Gotta pick up some tasty soup du jour…

So many poems I do write,

At this time of my night,

Would rather sleep, cannot, sometimes thought I just might,

Maybe if I were of build, more slight?

Rufuz always asks, “Why are you up so early, Dad?”

Yes my dog can talk but only to me, so don’t be sad,

I respond to him that I just cannot sleep and he gives me advice,

Lick your own balls daddy, that will relax you,

If I could, dear Rufuz, I would, but I can’t, so I won’t,

If I did though, then I would possibly have just another, that I don’t need, vice,

Sorry for being so disgustingly precise…

Ya know, Ed--the most meticulous moments of mankind have often been dissuaded through an evolutionary-like forebearance which precipitates reliance upon socialistic concepts unknown to the perceptual achievements of the stratospheres of involvement in a regulatory society which is only hypothetical in its existence and framework --- in other words, no wonder we can't sleep!! (Tell Rufuz to get his mind out of the gutter . . .) b
