Here fishy, fishy, fishy...

Poem Artwork

Gourmet Fish Food…

Dead I would be,

So return me to the sea,

A gourmet meal I would be for the fishies,

As well candles and wine,

Should be attached to my spine,

The only thing missing would then be some crackers & Brie…

Eaten on the run I would then be,

Who could turn down a meal for free?

Eating me in a hurry could then cause reflux I guarantee,

I guess I could be called an Ed Matlack medley…

No drinking and swimming,

A designated swimmer is needed,

Bet you though like people no fish is this to being heeded,

The bag that does cover my dead body so tightly,

Can be considered to be just so much trimming…

If one fish did on me exist,

For a long, long time could that fish subsist,

The fish chef would then wonder of what I do consist,

Hopefully eating of my internal organs,

Does not of that fish put him on the sick list…
