Sparkin’ the flame it be flickin’,

Getting’ some heat as we speak,

First night below freezing’,

From Canada in the north it did in sneak!

Rufuz happy, he loves the cold,

My bones and muscles do ache,

Must be cause I am another year old,

Hate to think what would happen if a bone I did break,

Would have to then sit at home and a cake I would bake!

No snow as of yet,

Hopefully not for a few months we won’t it get,

Though if it is going to be cold, then we might as well,

We lived through last summer, it was hot as hell,

So, why not start earlier this winter,

We can then pay back Nature as we are sorely in debt!
