No sleep this night

Tis’ 5 in the early morn, Though I am inside quite worn, I find myself unable to sleep, Don’t ask, I have tried already counting sheep… My mind seems to be racing, My body cannot keep to it pacing, No matter what I do, I cannot nod off, Mostly I just wake right up with a cough… Lordy, lordy just a little sleep I need if you please, Mostly I can out sleep a hibernating bear, Not tonight though, not even in my air conditioned lair, How many games have I won or lost of solitaire, God only knows, as I am as always unaware… © ed ~ 8/20/06

I know it sounds crazy, but you might try taking a couple of aspirin next time you can't sleep. Aspirin has a natural calming property...of course, there is always Benedryl, that about comatoses me. I hope you are sleeping in this morning.

Struth 5 am, and when I wrote my latest it would of been around 3 am your time, you might need a knockometer! LOL, drink some chamomile tea, perhaps that will lull you too sleep.
Insomnia is a horrible thing. Where is rufuz?? Get him to howl you a lullaby.....
