If you can figure out what this means, tell me...LOL!

Poem Artwork

Muscles spasmodic,

Nerves on the edge,

Eyes twitching,

Skin enflamed & itching…

Sciatica numb,

Brain dumb,

Like an old drunk bum,

Tasting good the only thing that works,

My thumb…

Hair standing on end,

With my back I can hardly bend,

Time for me of this life to transcend,

A lot of this stuff I can only pretend…J

Sounds like your Saturday night/Sunday morning coat needs to be gently removed from your burdened shoulders and put out to grass.

Gotta get rid of those credit cards. For an unintellectual, you've got a fantastic sense of art! Where can I buy one of those?

The picture is beautiful, kind of like a big firework or some kind of heat photography of a whispy plant...you poem, well...sounds to me like you probably could stand to modify your diet and get into an exercise routine...the best protection and relief for your back is having strong abdominal muscles. Not what you wanted to hear, I am sure. LOL
Take care,
Sherry

Your back still hurting? I wish I could help. Try sleeping with your knees slightly bent on your side. That will ease the lower back. I think some bird was doing the funky chicken in your graphic.

You paint such interesting pictures, the one up top is beautiful. It doesn't matter what it is, I like it. Regards JM
