I told you big & older bro’,

That paybacks are a bitch,

All that rain sent to you courtesy of the Jersey devil,

Cause of all those times that you were a pee wee snitch…

If you're getting quite wet,

I did send it to you, you sure can bet,

On the stream they call a jet,

I tried so help me for you to it get…

I hope you don’t live in the lowlands,

Cause I mean to see you float away,

I even broke down and asked God for help,

And when he saw it was you he did say,

That Kostro character deserves what he gets,

Rain and t-storms for forty nights and forty days…J

Ed M, I lived in Joliet for nearly 20 years and I don't miss the T-Storms, hail, floods, tornados...not to mention the snow. And then there's sub zero wind chill factors too! But this was a funny write.

To all of those in the midwest hang on...it will get better.
Stay dry

Did I just walk into the middle of a feud? I'm from Missouri so you're gonna have to show me before I believe it. But, I guess fussin' and fightin' electronically is better than a face-to-face pugalistic battle!

Take care, Ed; hope the rains stop soon! Just don't send 'em back our way; send 'em to Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and those other places down that way that need the rain! (But not tooo much, thanks!)

(((HUGS))) and much love (and wishing for drier, sunny days for y'all!), your Texas friend, Karen Lynn. :)

ED & ED: EDit... i.e. ( id est )...

It is not very EDifying for others' EDifices to be destroyed because of a couple of Whippersnappers 'pranks' on one another! Yeah, I know, "Boyz will be Boyz".

But is it not time that the ole HATCHET get buried in the ole CHERRY TREE?

"I CANNOT TELL A LIE" to youse guys... certainly does NOT APPLY!

ERGO... REPARATIONS are in order: Firstly, OLE FART ED must use the MILLIONS he won at Bingo to rebuild Illinois, with a SPECIAL FUND also set aside for all the lil stranded CRITTERS!

Secondly, lil PEE-WEE ED must learn to 'turn the other cheek' ... so to SPEAK. "Vengeance is Mine" saith The Lord! SO... wishing REQUIEM...R.I.P. just for payback of a few teensy-weensy 'PUDDLES' is certainly OVER-KILL!

ERGO... lil bro, must say: 5 "OUR FATHERS"... 3 "HAIL MARY'S" ... and REMOVE ALL THEM DAMNED SHARKS FROM THE JERSEY SHORE... some 'INNOCENT' SOPRANOS might git accidentally BIT!

And finally... BOTH EDS must SHAKE HANDS, KISS-KISS ON EACH CHEEK (upper or lower, your choice)... BIG BEAR HUGS... and resolve in the future to always use the RULES that were in "The Quiet Man" by Victor McLaughlin and 'The Duke'... MARQUIS OF QUEENSBURY RULES... no Biting, no Gouging, no Arm-twisting, no Ear-biting, no Sucker-Punching, no "Cold-Cocking" after the Bell has rung, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera...

NOW BOYS... GO TO YOUR CORNERS... BLOW EACH OTHER A KISS... SAY A GOOD 'ACT OF CONTRITION'... take 2 aspirin, and call me in the morning! WHY?

'Cause as of Midnight last night I turned 67... so it's my party and I WON'T CRY if I don't want to! AND THAT'S MY LEGAL, REGAL DECREE!

J-PAL... Joy-Peace-Abundance-Love... TOM TERRIFIC !!!

Gee, this is a terrible thing for world peace, the great war of the Eds, millions upon millions of gallons of water exchanged when the planet could be short of fresh water. It looks like Mom could have named one of you Fred or Outdoor Shed, or something besides another Ed. Bread, Tread...I don't see any reason for Andy to pick up either one of you...He's got enough to worry about with whether to save the Irish, let alone the Eds...Jerry...Thank God we don't have cities of Eds out here on the prairie...I did hear of a Kansas City Ed once, but they hanged him before he could get out of hand...Jerry closing for real this time.

Well now, which brother Ed lives in Joliet? Cause I have been caught smack dab in the middle of this brotherly curse! I live in Mchenry County, Illinois, 150 feet from the swollen and not so friendly FOX RIVER! SO ED...or ED...TAKE IT BACK! My Rotties may swim but my roses and I don't!!

Thank God, the Ark has been completed. I was tipped off to your scheme by a little birdy from Jersey. And this is the thanks I get for rigging that Bingo Game for you last night? How much did you win?

The flood waters will be pushing the Ark eastward, and we'll be passing right by Landisville. Tell Rufuz to be ready, I'll throw him a rope. You, Brother, are on your own. I hope that motor home of yours floats, you Jersey Devil, you!
