That it seems is what Rufuz is thinking,

When at a cat he is staring without blinking,

Mashed potato’s and gravy enough to drown,

Roasted or bar-b-qued to a succulent brown…

No more claws to strike back, no teeth to bite,

Laying in his food dish no way to back fight,

He would eat this meal cold or warm,

This is a dream that for a dog like Rufuz is the norm…

No sharing with his daddy,

This meal he would wolf down with ease,

If I know him, he would give up the peas,

Grating instead over it all a modicum of cheese…J

My dog Joy who has gone to doggie heaven in 2006 ate everything we gave her but baked beans gave her seizues so she could not have them.

No sharing with his daddy,

How very doggie of him.
You'll have to get yours at an Oriental resturant.....

So the rumors are true - the fiendish Jersey Devil has now acquired a taste for cat flesh. And blaming good old Rufuz - For Shame!

I better alert all the humane societies and cat welfare leagues on the eastern seaboard to be on the lookout for the Jersey Devil.

PS My cats cringed reading this, and they are now all in hiding.
