Sleepless in the Vicinity of Sea Isle City…

Poem Artwork

No sleep last night,

Till early mornings light,

No shower since Monday,

Smell I don’t like a bouquet…

Sleep tonight will come right,

Not worrying ‘bout the bed bugs bite,

Sleep I will and happily tight,

Beforehand I will shower too,

In my mirror I’m an awful sight…

A pill to sleep I could’ve taken,

Or gotten a buzz, then would have come,

The munchies for bacon,

Then I would have gotten reflux,

Still I couldn’t have slept after smoking & wasting my best Jamaican…

ED - just a suggestion - ever try NYQUIL? Even with no cold should help to cause drowsiness.

Hope you get a good night's sleep soon; you're ever in my thoughts and prayers!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(

Most of the time I don't have that problem; ask Karla! I can take two naps a day and STILL get enough sleep! LOL Drives her butt CRAZY!! LOL

Beforehand I will shower too,

Ma just read this, and she has tears of joy. (But she wanted me to remind you to use soap!)

When you start to whack alligators coming from under that bed its time to say goodbye to Jamaica! They told me that Colombia is having a good humid and warm season for their flora.

You know, Ed, I'm somewhere in the vicinity of Sea Isle City,
if you stretch it north about 20 miles or so. I don't sleep
well either. Must be something in the water. Perhaps the
water. -gene.
