As a Mister Fix-it I most certainly ain't...e

Poem Artwork

But at repair I am totally the worst,

I broke my dinette table today,

Where I use my laptop & printer,

Trying to fix the table,

You must have heard while I at it cursed…

I also of my laptop removed the wiring,

Took me an hour or more to get it back working,

What wire does what, & where do they all go,

When are they going to make one without wires,

Even though its cool here, putting it back together got me perspiring…

Rufuz gets upset when I curse and yell,

Tries to help me does he, & makes me again feel swell,

Sometimes I wish I could just crawl into a shell,

And hide from MY OWN mistakes,

But Rufuz won’t let me say to the world fare-the-well...

While trying to hit the nail on the head
He hit his darn finger instead
If you fail to fix that broken table
Have no fear a trip you must make, if you are able
Yes if everything you do makes you curse and wail
You must seek an other one, at your neighborhood yard sales

Sorry about your finger
But this was a joy to read

Ed, I learned a long time ago that most things are made to be broken.

Last time I got a kiss from a hammer on my finger I didn't knew I could swear in Finland's gracious tongue, but "pérkele" I could!

Ed,

OUCH. I sorry ... don't let me around power tools or electrical things. I'd blow us up! LOL

Don't beat yourself up. Don't give up. I'm praying things get better - you certainly deserve them.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

So THAT was the foul language I heard coming from the East ... *wink*

You must have heard while I at it cursed…

Thankfully, there was a brisk wind out of the west, blowing your way, so I didn't hear a thing. Poor Rufuz.

PS: I hear old Brother Edvard is a Master Mr. Fix-It. Invite him over for the summer to teach you some Fix-It Tricks, Grasshopper.
