No snow expected here, More rain though I fear, Rarely in winter is it clear, But better rain than the white stuff here… One winter without snow, Could go a long way to make me happy though, Sure that first snowfall may make me glow, But once it gets dirty & re-frozen, Then on my route I have to drive too slow… So for Christmas it looks like rain, The temps should be in the fifties, A great day to walk the beach, On a day off, I never about rain complain…

Rufus would beg to disagree? A white Christmas for you and me, would be a howling delite for a dog, or a big yawn for a feline. Gad you scare us when you wax poetic so well!

Bah Humbug, Mr. Scrooge! There is nothing more delightful than tons of snow at Christmastime, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere that didn’t have lovely white snow in the wintertime:

Oh the weather outside is frightful,

But the fire is so delightful,

And since we've no place to go,

Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

And all my mutts love it, too.

Strange weather for that part of the world. No snow. Well, it might surprise you to know there will be no snow here in Sans Souci, Louisiana either. Who would believe it?
