Maybe my suntan, if I get one, will come in increments...

It didn’t come, Not even some, Not a hint of sun, The sun is no fun… Will try again, On some future when, Maybe go out and practice some Zen, With my back to the sun, If it happens will tell you then… Not many see my front and back, So to have a tan or have not, Does not make much difference, It’s just something more I want that I lack…J

I had a terrific burn from camping the other weekend, forgot the sun block, and now i'm peeling, ugh not nice at all.
But your poem is good and nice to read.....as always.

The sun is free, So give it a little time, and it will come home and burn your butt off. Won't cost you a thing.

Give it time. Start out, as it seems you have, slowly. Do you use lotion? If so, perhaps the SPF is too high.
