Speaking further on the lack of sanity in the family DEN…

Seems I've struck a nerve here, if not with you, then with me...u don't suppose it would be considered insane if I were to review my own poems...?

Poem Artwork

There’s this crazy lady in Wisconsin,

She claims to have never committed sin,

I am sure she is being honest,

As if I didn’t believe her,

She’d probably hit me with the proverbial rolling pin…J

There is a guy in jolly old England,

His name rhymes with Sandy,

He is one wacky Brit,

He studies the martial arts,

I hear that every time he makes a move, he farts…J

There is also a gentleman out on the Island Long,

A part of New York, to the east,

He writes of poetry that could be song,

According to his doctor we must take him with a grain of salt,

Or at the very least only a small amount of powdered yeast…J

Then we come to a young man in the state of snow & an old mountain man,

The mountain man is gone, unfortunately, but this man is still there,

He writes a lot on the changes of his state,

And of the old mountain man, that he “says”  he talks to,

That would be his insanity, speaking to man made of rock,

But I guess it’s better than what I do, that being,

Speaking to the great musician Johann Sebastian Bach…J

I would trust one who thinks they are insane over one who "knows" they are sane. To be a writer or artist we touch on parts of ourselves that is rarely considered the norm.

Hmmm, maybe your skills have a use. Ever thought of having a feast with powered yeast, farts added for a delightful taste, rolled with a rolling pin then moving to this machine, yes, that's right, this one on the right, it's a time machine, it really is, no it's not a cement mixer, it is disguised as one, so pop on in and take it back to Bach. There's a good fellow. We'll pay you on your return. Oh, and do close the door.

Lieber Herr Doctor, I see you gatherin your flock, and a fine sick assembly it truly is, but you listening to Johann Sebasian Bach, now that is good it made me lach, I mean laugh, Jersey you greedy little leprechaun you smoking all that weed by yourself again? Hugs!
