It's extremely easy to kill someone. Especially with a pistol at close range with a silencer. However, a man here in Houston tried yesterday, firing probably 50 rounds or more at innocent bystanders on the street and in a parking lot, mostly in cars. He injured nine people, one critically, one seriously, and the rest with lesser injuries. He was shot dead by the police. The reason so many were not killed was that he shot them through their car windows. The window glass probably deflected the bullets so that they missed their target although there were a lot of minor glass cuts from shattered safety glass.
His dream of Nazi glory was a dud and snuffed out quickly. Suicide by police?
