Seems like just when I think I need to stay off the 'net for a spell, it goes down -- then I flip out!

I switched from Verizon years ago. Now I'm a prisoner of Optimum. Hell is hell no matter the name.

No matter what the company....Whether it's Verizon, Comcast, Google, Facebook, AOL, Yahoo....Ect....These Tech companies hire many individuals....Some of whom could be considered untrustworthy....Committing what could be called "Industrial Espionage"....Otherwise known as "Hacking"....And apparently untraceable....Well....At least that's how I view it all....

I am paying $120.00/month for my cable TV, landline phone, and my internet for a Three-In-One package. It is not good, when the internet or the TV isn't working, my phone won't work as well. This is a stupid package. I'll have to change it!

When I pay the sticker shock each month for all the services provided, especially movies and television on demand, high speed Internet and voice over IP telephone service, I have to think that when I paid a $350 long-distance phone bill for one month of 10 minute calls to my future wife. The only problem is, when I have a power outage I lose everything. Can't even call out for help without a cell phone.

Service may be lousy, but it's a far cry from the way we used to make calls on party lines 50 years. There was no television and Internet wasn't even thought of yet.
