I wish it were humor that I could laugh at...

Poem Artwork

Cramps in my legs,

Cramps in my feet,

Cramps in my back,

Cramps in my fingers,

With cramps I get no slack…

Sometimes I think it is water that I lack,

So of myself I do for a day drown,

I am not trying herein to be a clown,

I just wish with regards cramps,

My youth I could somehow get back,

Just, I guess, call me old Cramped Gramps.

Potassium. Are you getting enough? How about calcium and magnesium? They can't hurt. Electrolytes? Feel better, my friend.

Love ya!

There are many reasons for cramps....Poor posture, awkward movement, being stressed out....Not sure it's anything that we lack that would cause cramps....And some may think that were trying to clown around....But then they are those who nothing serious ever happens to them....Just keep on truckin Ed....

And I thought I was the only one! Yes, cramps can make us grumpy old gramps. Thanks for the tip about potassium, Tom.

Keep a stiff upper lip, grin and cramp it!

Even young people, athletes, you name it, get cramps. If that's the worst of your old age, consider yourself lucky.

As we grow older the aches and pains kick in. It helps if we spend our days walking, A simple task such as this can seem so much, but it is the one exercise with the most benefits. Thanks for sharing, and thank you for dropping by my poetry It was much appreciated. Have a great day.
