Full moon night this Christmas

 Was the cold wind blowing

 On a full moon night

When Jesus came along

To earth to show  the people

What God’s love is all about (2)

His love for you and  me 

It was a holy night for all

When the Son of God was born

At the stroke of  midnight hour

In the last phase of the year

He came to tell us

It was to bring  new  beginnings

Faith , hope, love

And everlasting life for people

For he so loved the world

It was a silent night  for Jesus

When he came along

Now we shout and sing his praises

For Jesus is our Lord

And the star lit up the sky 

Watching over baby Jesus

Until  morning arrived

And  the  word was spread

He gave his begotten son to us 

His love for you and  me 

 Jesus died for us our sins

And showed us the way
