Of dark brown crumbles of savory soy meat
Sautéed with sweet chopped purple onions in oil,
Of shredded orange cheddar balled on my palate,
Of crisp green lettuce torn to pieces,
Of red salsa mush and tomato squirt,
Of black olives of salty firm chew,
Of bright green guacamole puree,
Of rich verde and cream colored scallions with squish-crunch.
You merge and melt in my warm mouth,
So much gusto of brain’s delight.
I will have thee for leftovers for days
And not get bored of your sensory addiction.

There's something about describing all the parts that takes on a brush quality, a painting in abstract that would convey the same qualities of enjoyment.
