May you have the hindsight to know where you've been, the foresight to know where you're going, and the insight to know when you're going too far.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day to all....

Stone Chappel

On the cold shores of the great Irish Sea

leans a chapel of wind-weathered stone

an rugged oak cross still marks it as holy

stands there like forgotten soldier alone

Twas here all of the wee ones were babtised

where so many a young person repeated "I do"

fallen heroes were given their last big send off

brave men going off to war prayed here too

Legend has it St Patrick once prayed here

its floors were absorbed rebel widow tears

Now there's a great church in the village

they said this one far outlived it's years

...but the ghosts and the spirits still live here

Aye, if you know where to listen and look

this is all apart of a great Irish heritage

one you'll not find in a history book...

History books are written many times in an attempt to obscure history. So saying, I hear you loud and clear.
