wow...this read like a mystery...a riddle that it might take a lifetime to solve...magical, mystical, and full of promise, this is a write that it might take a number of reads to conceptualize, let alone fully understand...

I go with Eileen, your thought process is would so tight and when it lets go, something fine spews forth from your pen. Although alchemy and me don't travel the same road, that takes nothing away for the marvelous job you did on the Chalice in the piece.
beautiful photo and intriguing poem. The Holy grail is different for everyone, ie. to make millions or spread love and happiness, peace and and end of striving (Buddha's detachment!). Hope your lifting the chalice somewhere, sage! k
Mmmmm... this one sucks you in and doesn't let go... warm and compelling - like a charm or a spell. Can feel me eyes goin all higgly-wiggly as the hermetics draw me hypnotically. The mystical is always such a subtle blend of all world religions and each kind of overlays and shadows the other - but with significant points of divergence, perhaps, which you don't notice until you really dig deeper. The Alchemic has an earthy closeness to the material, carbon-based elements of our life, I think; appeals to our mortal parts that long and strive for immortality. This is beautifully crafted and honed and, as ever, is mystically instructive; lavish with richness and opulent description. Brilliant! :)) K xx
