This is for all of our friends who may have their plans on the 4th cancelled because of rain. This may be a good time to read the Declaration of Independence with our kids and see if we all can learn what what the fathers of our country wanted to pass on to "We The People" and spread this information throughout this land. This is a time to be thankful for America is a blessed nation!

The weather today may not be all that great. But that certainly does not mean we cannot celebrate. For we can be thankful that from sea to shinning sea. That we still live in the home of the brave and the land of the free! So don't let bad weather let you spirits go astray. Just celebrate with family and be thankful that we live in the good old U.S.A.! Amen! Peace, Love and Blessings and Have Happy 4th! John Michael Domino

Amen John, Amen!
I read Acts 17:24-26 today to my Dad, Mom, brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews before we said grace before lunch. I explained how it was God who creates nations, and how our nation is His, and how it is by His divine appointment that we are citizens. God has been so good to us! I loved reading your poem John. (Good idea with the colors).

The musical dvd 1776 has something to add to this holiday, especially the young soldier's song: "Mother Look Sharp." Politicians could benefit from listening to and watching that one song. Thank you for this poem ~~ Diana
