I walked outside the other day after sitting on this computer for hours. I was awestruck at the beauty of it all. The sky was red and the greenery encompassed me like a great BIG Bear Hug. I felt love and wanted to share. So Ron, you asked if God made it. Well, we can't see love and we cannot see God. So I guess we will have to wait and see. In the meantime know that your Father in Heaven loves you no matter what you say, think or do. Amen and may the peace of His grace be with you my dear friend. John

Last evening on television I watched Bear Grylls and actor Michael B. Jordan on an outing on the cold Scottish coast. They overnighted in a stone sheep shelter with little protection from the biting wind. But, they caught a sheep and hugged it all night long, keeping toasty warm and sleeping very well. Of course, while the sheep liked to be hugged, it was very glad to be released after being hugged for so long.

Hugging from a wheelchair, although it causes one to get more hugs, is not the same as while standing up. I have experienced both. Did God make it so? I think not. God has nothing to do with it.

Ahhh . . . Most of us see our hugs on a personal level, John, but this all encompassing hug gives me much delight even though I believe it is the cosmos and everything in it that gives us that BIG hug every so often. Loved your poem!
