OK Rose don't go jumping in the wagon, but cousin Fee "ninny" Perry declared war to Brothers Ed by insulting our beverage of preference and we left that "Queen's" country with something to remember us by...

Poem Artwork

It wasn’t as all of you can imagine
to be visiting the “fairy” land of Canada
after all they love anything that’s a Queen
and make brother Jersey Ed to take a bath,
their food I wouldn’t recommend to eat
they have plenty of fish, but they’re mutants
and the road kill they serve in hamburgers
will not be eat even by a very hungry rat.

But for all means, if you are brave and come
to the “fairy” land where they build Halifax,
better arriving there all dirty and sweat
because wonder of wonders they have a bath!
owned by a friendly soul (if you have the money)
with the pompous Swiss name “Fee’s Spa”
were they will massage your pockets empty
and for beer you will drinking something bad.

Jersey Ed was smelling like a bunch of roses,
and after a few Coors started talking cars,
forgetting that he provide us a freaking hearse
and we weren’t going to no flaming funeral,
and to rub us on the wrong way we kept hearing
that Canadian welcoming they call their laugh,
which the traitor PeeWee thought it was so funny
that he felt from the coffin saying it was a gag!

I am too old to be badmouthed in Nova Scotia
after all we kicked those limeys from our land,
so, coming with a civilized visit doesn’t granted
to come insulting our beer or road kill like that,
as you know we have come in peace uninvited
and can leave this country and left some behind,
like a million of empty bottles all around the place
and in nine month will triple the people of Canada.

You guys are cracking me up. As I told Fee; I live in the States, but I'm German made. So when it comes to beer, I'm in his corner ;-)

Georg, Fee wasn't insulting your American beer, he just wanted you to enjoy the best and the shower was to help you relax while you enjoyed the many talents to entertain you as you drank that beer, after all as Fee said, "we love our cousins from the South". Then we were going to satisfy your hunger with Moose stew and hot biscuts even if it was road kill, it's like Jasmine said it is fresh, killed every minute, lol. What more can you ask for. Looking forward to your next visit. Thank you for sharing your words with us.

Hugs from your Canadian Cuz, Rose

Drinking Coors will do that to you, it should just read Coors, better yet maybe Curse, it is no substitute for real beer, like the Keith, you get up here, and I have you know the roadkill is most likely always fresh, for some poor little critter gets killed every minute on our racetracks, and you leave our Queen alone, I have developed a found relationship with her, now what else was there, oh yeah, Felix said it already, but I do love our cousins to the south, there could be none better, you're welcome back any time, and maybe just maybe, you learn to drink real beer eventually, Georgeous Georg!
Bless you funny man! Jasmin Horst

Methinks you drank too much of that swell they call beer down there and it damaged ye olde taste buds, anyway that's okay we'll forgive ye and as for the being beaten if I recall history correctly Canada was never defeated...in fact I cannot tell a lie it was us that burned down your old white house (that was once gray before we torched her. Still we love our cousins to the South.

Hugs and have a beer...
Fee
