I agree with that.Laughter is indeed the best medicine.There are a lot of tv shows(old and new) that I find hilarious especially those reality shows on VH1.Also I like to make my mother laugh with my sense of humor.Whenever I laugh,it just feels so good to me like everything is lifted off of my shoulders without any stress.I enjoy the poem,take care
You are so right, Lew! That's why I get daily jokes from "Mikey's Funnies" and also why I can't stand the hours of news my Bill gets on tv. I retreat to my little office, turn on music, and check emails, write poems, etc.

I have been caught...laughing out loud alone..then the people are questioning MY mental health! LOL
How true. Laughter just plain makes you feel good. And when you know you've made others laugh, that's even a better feeling. I write humorous poems when I mess something up. "Potato Salad", "Saturday Explosion", My Bad, everyone else's laugh. Love and peace.
