Forgive this poor old man if I am not at my best today.....

*I woke up this morning feeling woozy, giddy just plain nauseated* *The room was twirling and I held the bedpost for as I tried to stand it madly rotated* *Every muscle in my body seemed to ache and my bones throbbed likewise* *My sinuses were congested, I was feeling giddy and I suffered from burning eyes* *I was sneezing and coughing and I almost choked on the bacon and eggs I had for breakfast* *I prayed, “Oh Lord please give me strength and I pray this affliction will not last* *My cranium was announcing each beat of my heart* *And I could feel each heartbeat in each and every body part* *Faint and dizzy, giddy, woozy, downright shaky and just plain green around the gills* *I stumbled to the bathroom medicine cabinet and choked down a couple pills* *Then I took my body temperature and found it was as high as ninety-nine* *But if not for what I just described I would say I’m feeling fine*

My sympathies Lew. The Flu is miserable. The low-grade fever is a good sign that your body is fighting the infection. Drink lots of water, that's the secret. Other fluids too, but plain water and lots of it and you'll recover quickly.
