Braking for Hey Zeus

Got towed yesterday. The "Emergency Brake On" alert stayed on. Our mechanic couldn't find the emergency brake handle/release/button so we could release it. Why I wrote this humorous, tongue-in-cheek, poem. No tow truck guys were harmed in any way during this poem.

Braking for Hey Zeus

Emergency braking on tow truck climb,

it is certainly a necessary lifesaving evil.

When need over, why "emergency brake on,"

warning seems to be the workings of the devil.

For the devil, we couldn't find the place,

that pulled the emergency brake on,

So, we called the guy from Zeus Towing,

who did it, and were told, "He's gone!"

My heavens, where in the hell did he go?

"A van fell on him yesterday, don't you know?"

"An emergency brake failed, He's gone.

You'll get nothing out of him calling Zeus."

So, we are deep in Internet gumbo once again,

manual has no picture of the lever or where.

So, I'm calling all angels out there to help me,

show me where the emergency brake is there.

I assure you my mechanic is a godsend guy,

looked everywhere and scratched his head, why?

Why did the brake fail and where is the brake? LOL!!! If your godsend mechanic guy doesn't know, you won't know that either.

Just another example that there is no one source for all our answers, especially when the angel population is waning. Yeah, probably just a lapse in memory of your mechanic. One's lost and found experience gets broader over the years, eh?

Ha ha! Hilarious the kind of problems that can arise from the use of to much technology. What's wrong with a lever instead of a button? At least you know the lever will always work. That is unless it 10 degrees below on the celcius scale and you're driving an old diesel.
I enjoyed reading this!

If the mechanic doesn't know where something like that is in the car, how is the average person supposed to know. Enjoyed this bit of fluff.
