"SO MANY POEMS, SO LITTLE TIME!"

So many poems, so little time!
I can't keep up the meter and rhyme!
'Write!" commands this little Muse of mine,
'So what if it doesn't come out fine,
WRITE!'

And so I write.

So many poems, so many words!
Flying 'round my head like wing'ed birds!
'Write!' demands this little Muse again,
'I've supplied the words, you have the pen,
WRITE!'

And so, I write.

So many poems inside of me!
They're all clamoring to be set free,
'Write!' instructs this little Muse, 'Once more,
You need words?  Why, I've got a whole store,
WRITE!'

And so, I--write.

So many poems, so little time!
I'm dreaming poems, words most sublime!
'Write!' whispers this little Muse, 'That's it,
You're doing great!  Don't stop now, don't quit,
WRITE!

And so...I write.
