light
quietly
walks
into the
room,
patiently
wait -
ing for me
to
open my
eyes
not like the
fool
alarm clock
that
screams (like my
mom
! ! !  GET UP NOW ! ! ! )
i'd
rather wake
up
s l o w l y, on
my
own terms ...  when
i
am ready ...
now
go away
and
let me sleep.
