This is so precious and so childlike in it's truthful innocence of the way children thinka and feel. You managed to reach back into those childhood memories we all have and pluck this special treat for us, thank you.

...I remember when we were quite young, taping one of my aunt's good lamps,[which my cousins and my brother and I caused to fall from its stand, by racing through the house at breakneck speed] with bandaids and brown paper - don't ask me! - except that it "matched better"...oh yeah, we got found out, too...we "got it" twice: one for the crime, and one for not just coming out and telling them what really happened! Remember getting it twice?....it works.
