They SAY: chance of freezing rain/sleet; under winter storm watches. Prob is, they predict it, it usually misses. We'll see, when I test my weather rock. LOL Enjoy. :)
Perhaps a reminder to let us know who's in charge? Certainly not weathermen, trying to outguess the One who put it there. "Maybe it will, maybe it won't. That's the best guess we have right now." If you must know, look out the window at the weather rock:

hahaha good one Karla! We are having cold weather here like never before everyone wondering what the H is going on!37% now,when we're usually at 58%, with snow at lower levels in mountains than ever before.
They've missed here nearly everyday. We went to school today, the weatherman said snow tonight...had to come home two hours into class...the snow came early, we were expecting two inches...got home, and guess what...yeap the snow melted! who knows these days...we're going to have to start carrying a wardrobe of all season clothes in our vehicles...we never know from hour to hour...I think you're right, the good Lord just might be trying let mankind know who is really in charge!
