I'm dreaming of a White Christmas,
just like the ones I used to know ...
been too long since we'd seen one.
26 years.  But this morning --- snow

began falling and it's still coming
down!  Grassy surfaces are covered
and the roads are whitening.  About
a half inch to an inch --- not much,

but hey, we'll take it.  Better than no
snow at all, or tornadoes, like they
had in East Texas yesterday.  Gotta
love the weather here:  if you don't

like it, wait five minutes.  It'll change
--- alas, not to last.  Should be gone
by mid morning.  But while it's here,
we will enjoy every last snowflake!
