Say: did you get enough to eat? How did that beer taste? Did you enjoy your three day weekend? Did you take advantage of the sales? What did you get? Bet those that died in service to our country would like to be where you are: home. Free. With their families and loved ones, celebrating. Oh, I'm sorry --- did I make you uncomfortable? Good. I had a wonderful weekend thank you as I live with one of them and I think constantly of all the soldiers who gave and are giving such as my husband who served for thirty years and who is still serving to make sure our men/women are very well taking care of along with their families. His heart is bleeding everyday for them. A beautiful reminder for those who forget Karla.

All too often people forget how it's possible to live in a free country, your dedication to those who serve/served is obvious. Too bad others don't carry this same dedication.

You didnt make me uncomfortable because I am reminded everyday of the sacrifices our warriors made, and continue to make, they bled, they lived and they died for this country, I am the daughter, the niece and the granddaughter of airforce/army and Navy Soldiers, and I am forever thankful.

You did NOT make me uncomfortable in the least, Karla: this is the way it SHOULD be: thanking our military men and women such as yourself who serve(d) and those who have gone on home or died in battle. GREAT reminder; well done! Thank YOU for YOUR Air Force service; I salute you, our big, strong daddy, his four brothers, our brother, our mom's brother, and our cousins, who all served proudly!

I think frequently of our soldiers and the sacrifice they and their families make and suffer through. Too bad it's a waste of time, but that's my opinion. Liz
