So What Will It Be?

These times that we face

Test the nobility of our race

Decisions on war

Eagerness, need to settle a score

Our lives are the cost

The potential of a holocaust

The choices are few

One mistake, bad move, a planet doomed

To wait or advance?

Shall we trust in fate, leave it to chance?

Uncertainty thrives

Either way, don’t the innocent die?

So what will it be?

So what will it be?

Poem Artwork

In these times or passions ignite. Some towards war, some towards flight. Is history right, should we pre-empt an advance; Or should we let sleeping dogs lie until we are held firm in its jaws, teeth ripping at our flesh?

Michael,
Thank you for this eloquent expression,
and Love the balancing aspect of the visual--light at the center of dark, but the same form! There are many addressing the importance of the issues here. You might want to read "Of Pretension and Peace," on my site. Blessings, Vicky

Hi Michael, A million dollar question, that most of has no answer to, and the ones that think they do, are being questioned by everyone else. What will it be? I wish I too had the anwers, but then I would be questioned too,,,Lisa
