Been there done that my friend! I think we've all either thrown our friend the alarm clock off the nightstand or felt like it! Enjoyed this much! Cleverly written with humor that we all need! Laughing is good for the soul!

Hi Mary, glad you found my site so now I have the pleasure of finding yours! My morning battle with the alarm clock has been eased somewhat with my son now taking my daughter to school! I bribed him for that few extra minutes slumbering in my pillow! Excellent and funny poem. Well Done! Deborah
