It has broken my heart to see the death-toll of this world's current wars. This poem reflects what I see.

Poem Artwork

The world has become to heavy to carry,

there's nowhere to share a common sanctuary.

It's weight is pulveriseing my BELIEF,

its rubble traps me underneath.

There is nowhere to hide the children,

and their cries for help will not be forgiven.

Above all this rules each oligarch,

snuffing light out and leaving dark.

Their Gold and rare-earth crush the Cheribs

and it's planet Earth where The Devil now lives.

Unfortunately, all of the "Collateral damage." an outright crimes against citizens seems to be on the rise everywhere.

Unfortunately also, the world court can only prosecute one of violator who commits war crimes loses. Winners seem to get away with murder, so to speak. That's the rub.
