Evolution in the nature of all...

Remembering The caterpillars Crawling across sidewalks Colors of green, black and white, Solid and stripped Taking a daily stroll Butterflies with beautiful Markings, fluttering- Monarchs black and orange, Zebra black and white Cabbage moths chartreuse Bumblebees and hornets Shooing with hands In the air All had stingers Beetles, lady bugs, too Where did they go, Mother Nature Cries �

I cry with Her these truly sad days - so many wondrous creatures like bats, birds, bees, and butterflies vanishing now, right before our eyes.

I guess we are destroying the earth like everyone seems to say, but as I look around nature is doing quite well down here in the Louisiana swamp where I live.

The use of pesticides is killing off the much of the "little lives". My brother used to use hot salt water to kill weeds and lady bugs to keep aphids at bay. His flowers flourished and his vegetables were the best!
