IDOLS feeds children whilst twelve billion a month is burned on a stupid illegal war for oil...
Tonight, my wife and I watched one of our favourite American programmes - Idols. Way to go guys - superb talent.
A part of the show was devoted to the 'Idols gives back'.
How sad to see the gratitude of poor Americans for a meal and a school book, when it seems so easy and acceptable to the US to find TWELVE BILLION DOLLARS A MONTH for a dumb, illegal and endless war.
Great celebration for the 87 million dollars contributed by Idols - and good for you guys - great job - you're what life should be about.
But why are your efforts needed? Why can't that TWELVE BILLION per month be used to change your country forever - to eliminate poverty and ignorance and hunger? Of all nations the most blessed, the USA is the most lost.
