Hockey Playoffs- Part Deux ! 4/25/2008 8:35:59 AM
This was written 4/17 before elimations of Predators and Ducks Where do the Nashville Predators think they are going? How is it the Red Wings can beat everyone - deliver great shots on goal all season- fire in the defense and beat up on offense- and along comes the Predators- PREDATORS?? The team whose owner sold them out to buy another franchise up north..Ya think they have a problem selling out tickets THIS season?? LOL
And the defending Anaheim..well are LAME Ducks..the Sharks need to bite their butts off and head for Detroit.. and I gotta say it - the Pens have been outstanding all year..no matter who they played R1- they would have won..When Crosby was out- the team kept the magic mojo going on - Malik - Gonchar - Hossa - they were a fun team to watch..I ESPECIALLY loved watching them play the Islanders and mopping up the floor with Isles.. oh but I digress.. :-)
Did I mention I had rinkside behind the glass seats to see the Isles v.Ottawa right after the ALL STAR game? (when Sens had a game plan) and rooted obnoxiously for Ottawa- along with my son - against his Islander fan- friend? LMAO That would be my idea to have season tix- to root for the Opposite Team playing the Islanders.. LOL
I think the only team worse than the Islanders is the Knicks. I had to give Jets fans a break!!
OK! Oh and I would never make the mistake of confusing a pie hole with a 5 hole.
