Some days just seem to fly by while others seem to drag on forever. I have been wondering lately how it is that we can get so busy and not even realize it. The days I dislike the most are the ones where we seem to run all day and in the end nothing worth noting got accomplished.
Maybe you don't have thses days but I sure do. In the writing business I am learning that it can be extremely fast paced one day and the next your wondering what to do. If you have that feeling in your job then I may have some advice.
Enjoy it! I am right now laying on my couch in the middle of the afternoon as I have completed my work up until tomorrow morning at 8 am. I was done today by 2. It's ok, to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee, watch tv or even write to your blog.
I guess I am to the point in my life where I feel the need to just enjoy my life and where it has taken me. I am praying for more book sales. I know, for those of you who have read it, there are some typos. I think the publisher printed the wrong draft but until it can be straightened out, please continue to buy and read it. One person who read it told me that they think it will give hope to people. After all, isn't that what writing is all about? To give hope, to give encouragement and maybe to entertain?
I have said it before and I will say it again, if Roses For Maria saves even one life or helps one person, then all of my lifes experiences would have been worth it.
