So, the first reviews on my book are starting to come in from people that I know personally. I am glad to have such honest people in my life.
One person reported their findings as Maria being a strong woman who has an important story to tell. Another person said that it must have been good therapy. Still another person thinks that I will help save some lives with this book.
I hope the latter is true. It is the reason for writing the book in the first place. I know that there may be many women in the world who are living with abuse and hiding it. It is my dream that Roses For Maria will reach them and bring them out of the "wilderness" that they are in.
It has been suggested that I speak about the book and I really hope that I will be able to do that. I now just need to find the right people to guide me in the right direction to do that.
I hope your Fourth of July was relaxing and fun. It is always nice when it falls on a Friday or Monday. Three day weekends are always nice.
