Well, it has been almost a month since I have written here. I have been so busy writing for my job that I seldom have time to write just for the sake of writing. I kindof miss it, actually I miss it a lot. But that is not the topic of this blog as I am very grateful to be getting paid to write.
Now that I finally have a chance to sit down and write. I thought I would write about second chances. Does everyone get one? Does everyone want one? Are the worth it? Is it better the second time around?
One can only guess at the answers to these quesitons. I know that in relationships many people will have differing views as to whether or not one should return to a past love.
There are many different issues to contend with when returning to a past love. Depending upon the length of time away from each other you will have changed somewhat, hopefully for the better.
I believe in second chances. I believe in forgiveness. I believe in grace. Not everyone is blessed enough to get a second chance. Not everyone wants a second chance, while others only wish they could turn back time and wipe away all the hurt and pain that you once felt.
Some people may say that once you have left a relationship that it is better off in the past where you intended to put it in the first place. Others, like me will tell you, if you want a second chance and are offered it, go for it. You will otherwise never know if the changes in the two of you will bring you closer together than before.
